Mothercare lead guitarist since mid 1990, dedicated to a mix of thrash and grind-core self defined “pain-core”. Mothercare recorded three albums with Manne instruments: in 2003 “Breathing Instructions” for Emi, in 2005 “Traumaturgic” distributed Edel and in 2011 “The Concreteness of Failure”, composed and arranged by Mirko and distribuited by Kreative Klan.
Mirko’s last ambitious project is Kreative Klan: a recording label and an apparel (clothing) line. The creativity of an artist meets the managerial know-how of the businessman to create a company that wishes to be a reference for new Italian rock/metal/hardcore productions.
Mirko met Manne in 2003, and since then plays exclusively these unique Italian luthier-built instruments. It is not just an endorsement but a partnership that bonds the player and the instrument maker to create the perfect result. The last 8-string guitar has a KK carved in the back of the korina body, a personalization that, for a musician, is difficult to describe. It gives to the guitar a personal icon for the musical experiences, ups and downs, and ultimate success through constant personal growth.
