A few years ago I decided to have a custom instrument built by another maker (not Manne). But I found the final result to be poor and unsatisfactory. My instrument, I wondered and waited so anxiously for, upon arrival lacked playability and aesthetics. The sound was not up to the expectation, the finish was uneven,very thick and poorly applied, and the wood used for the body imparted far from the sound I was hoping to get. I spent so much money just to feel totally lost and frustrated.
After that nightmare, this encounter with Andrea of Manne Guitars just gave me exactly what I was waiting for, to have MY guitar become really mine! So my guitar project came back to life due to the strong skilled hands that for many years have been able to create with passion and dedication so many perfect instruments for great musicians.
My new Manne-built custom tele-style project or let’s say my super–tele style guitar is now the versatile guitar I was looking for, and that makes it really the tool I was needing.
Features: Black korina body with satin finish, pickguard musicman style, neck with reverse headstock ,Wilkinson bridge and Spertzel tuners. Dimarzio The Breed at the bridge, Fast Track at center, the Tone Zone at the neck. Last but not the least, the most important feature is the professionality of Mr. Manne to let all this become a true musical instrument!!
