Dear Andrea & Co.,
“I have been a Manne admirer for a long time. I own a Manne Ventura Special ’05. I think is a fantastic instrument, superior to all standards. I am coming from an experience with a Les Paul standard that I sold. Then I found this used Manne and I bought it.
I have a problem with the coordination with my hands because of Multiple Sclerosis. I was going to give up playing as I was loosing motivation, but this new Manne guitar opened a whole new world.
Its playability is good even for a “sclerotic” like me. The sleek neck and the optimal balance was the factor that has motivated me. I cannot explain it, but my motivation came back to life!
Thanks Manne for the gift you gave me, for the pleasure of playing guitar.
And the emotion you feel when you are able to take off your energy that is inside, hidden by the everyday life, it’s indescribable. You just play it!
Listen: My neurologist (he plays guitar too) evaluated me listening to the recording of my playing, which I take to him monthly! If I think of Jason Becker or the band Big Toe, I realize I cannot give it up. At least I have my hands!
Now that I recovered the pleasure of playing I am ready to have my next one, built to suit, for me, with some details I have in mind. Sorry for my long letter and sounding a bit over the top, but I am enthusiastic, but when you build a custom instrument like you will do soon for me, you have to deal also with the emotive side of your customers, entering deep inside their head. Alberto ”
